  1. Song of the Day: “The Funeral” by Band of Horses. An oldie but a goodie, this is from their 2006 album “Everything All of the Time”. They released a new album a couple of months ago called “Infinite Arms”, but I haven’t had a chance to give it a good listen yet. ~ BLiggy

  3. The latest menu addition for American restaurant chain Friendly’s is the Mac & Cheese Quesadilla meal. Believe it or not, this is from the kid’s menu. When accompanied by a Friendly Frank, Shirley Temple and peanut butter cup, this meal packs 2,270 calories and is just waiting to set Junior on his destined path to a spot on the Biggest Loser. The platter also includes 45 grams of saturated fat, 3,320 mg of sodium and 263 grams of carbs. Jeezuz. This is obscene. ~ Burdell

  4. This bone carving from Stone Age Sweden could be an ancient dildo, scientists say (bone carving…heh). Then again, it might just be a carving tool. Take a look at the ruler. Those are centimeters, not inches. ~ BLiggy

  5. Why money makes you unhappy, a study obviously conducted by somebody with lots of money and their head up their ass. ~ Burdell

  6. 1 in 13 people on Earth are now on Facebook ~ BLiggy

  7. If the spider story from the other day didn’t make you squirm, this probably will. ~ BLiggy

  8. California teen trades up from an old cell phone to a Porsche Boxster. I wish I could do this kind of stuff. ~ BLiggy
